I offer freelance email and SMS marketing services including, but not limited to:
The exact scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
Project work requires a 50% upfront deposit before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced 100% at the start of each billing period.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer via Payoneer or Wise. Work does not begin until the deposit is received and cleared.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project brief. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before proceeding.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any third-party assets (stock images, icon libraries, font licences) used in a project must be independently licensed by you for production use.
I treat all information you share — including revenue figures, email list sizes, and business strategy — as confidential. I will not share it with third parties. You may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before work begins.
The upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel mid-project, you are responsible for payment proportional to the work completed. If I cancel due to circumstances on my side, I will refund any unused portion of fees paid.
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of deliverables, including but not limited to lost revenue, platform penalties, or changes to third-party platform policies (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify).
My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
I do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, open rates, or conversion figures. Email marketing performance depends on many factors outside my direct control, including your product, audience, and platform deliverability.
Content on this site — including copy, designs, and case study materials — is my intellectual property and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before escalating to formal proceedings.
I may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
